Delimondo Ranch Style Corned Beef Dumplings

2Saute onion and garlic.
3Add Delimondo Ranch Style Corned Beef, cook it for about 3 minutes in medium heat.
4Add rice wine and chives. Cook for another 2 minutes.
5Remove the corned beef from the heat, drain the juice, and let it cool.
6Take one wrapper and put a spoonful of filling into the center of the skin
and seal it up tightly with eggwash using your fingers.
Repeat the same procedure until you use up all the ingredients.7Use a steamer to cook the dumpling for 8 -10 minutes, do not forget to grease
the surface of the steamer or use parchment paper to avoid the dumplings from sticking.
Add chopped chives to garnish8To prepare the dipping sauce; mix soy sauce, dark vinegar, calamansi and Delimondo Chili & Garlic Drizzling Oil.
9Serve and enjoy with your loved ones.

Chinese Style Fried Rice with Delimondo Chorizo Bilbao

2Sauté Delimondo Chorizo Bilbao in medium heat for about 3-4 minutes,
until slightly toasted. Set aside half of the cooked Delimondo Chorizo Bilbao for garnishing.3Stir in garlic, onion, sugar, salt, ground pepper, sesame oil and chili & garlic oil.
4Add in the cold rice and sauté until rice is slightly brown.
5Add in the whisked eggs. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
6Add the Chinese kangkong and mix until cooked.
7Transfer to a serving bowl, top with fried chorizo and cilantro leaves.
